Writing A Book Report Service

Book reports are more descriptive than book reviews. Writing a book report can be more fun. It gives you a chance to read a new book and tell your lecturer what you thought about it. We know the difference between a book review and a book report and we are here to enlighten you on the same so that when you do your book report, you do not confuse it with your book review.

Writing a book report

First of all, look at the setting of the book. Where did the story take place? Was it a city or a farm? Was it a made up place or somewhere in outer space? Give a good description of the place with as much details as possible. The characters are important. Who was the story about? Was there just one main character or were there a few? When you write about the characters, make sure you include their names and what they look like. Coming to the story, what happened in the book? Was there a problem the characters were trying to solve? Were the characters on some kind of a mission or adventure?

Write a book report

When you write a book report make sure you describe what happened in the beginning, the middle and the end of the book. Your thoughts about the book are also very important when you are writing a book report. Did you like the book? Write a bit about why you liked or did not like the book. Talk about how the book made you feel; happy, sad or excited. Would you recommend it to your friends? When you are through with the report writing, go through it to make sure that everything spelt out correctly.

My book report

Make sure that your book report is exactly what is in the book and not some distorted ideas about another book different from the one you are writing a report on. Do it keenly so that you do not miss out on any important points in the book. Once you have gone through the typos and grammar, give it to someone else to go through it just to be too sure that it is accurate and ready for handing in.
